Account Creation
After the demo, please provide your email address, first and last name, company name, subdomain, and company logo. Our team will setup your training site and create a free trial account for you.
Activate Account
You will receive an account activation email upon account creation. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address
To activate your account, you must choose a password that satisfies all the criteria listed. Enter the password twice and click "activate"
Next, you may invite team members by adding their email address. You may skip this step and assemble your team later.
Now you are all set to begin!
Reset Password
Forgot your password? No worries!

Simply click on the “Forgot password?” button in the login box. Provide your email address in the next page and click the button “Send password reset email”. Look for an email with a password reset link. Please note that this email might be in your spam folder.
Login Issues
Have trouble logging in? Try these steps:

1. Confirm email address
Make sure the email address you are trying to login with is exactly the same as the email address used to create your account
2. Reset password
Double check that you are entering the correct password. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you forgot your password, follow the steps to Reset Password
3. Ensure that you have an active account
Maybe you don’t have an account yet or forgot to activate your account. Follow the steps to Create Account and Activate Account
​4. Try a different browser
Clear your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser to rule out any browser-related problems.
